Who We Are

We are a group of friends playing games to raise money for charity and awareness for various causes. Our goal is to bring a smile to those who need it most. We play many different types of games, from first person shooters to Disney simulators to basically every Nintendo game. No matter what type of game you like, there will be something for you! Beyond the few game streams we do a week, we also hold quarterly fundraising events. Our biggest event is the annual Yule Log Marathon stream, where we stream for full days to raise funds for those who could use a smile the most.

Our History

In 2020, our friend Noah accidentally ordered an extra PlayStation 5 console. Rather than canceling the order, Noah made the decision to give the console away and use the proceeds towards relief for the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the first Yule Log Marathon stream was born. The stream lasted 12 hours and raised nearly $1500. Following the marathon, Noah decided to start streaming more regularly to try to grow an audience. He created the channel "Noah Om and Friends" and invited many of his friends both in person and online to play on the channel. The channel hosted many events such as Game Boy Advance week, call-in shows, and a few charity streams. When the holiday season of 2021 rolled around, we once more brought back the Yule Log Marathon stream, but made it much larger in scope. We streamed for 24 hours straight and raised $2000 for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals!

In early 2022, Noah decided to take a break from streaming. After some months had passed, we came together as a team and formulated a new vision for the channel. We didn't want to focus on subscribers, followers, or pushing out content. Rather, we wanted to make people smile and do some good for the world! We shifted the focus of the channel to placing all our time and resources into the Yule Log Marathon. We decided that this shift marked a change for our channel, so we rebranded to Yule Gaming. We feel that this name better represents the group of us rather than an individual. We are doing what makes us happy and we hope that you can support us as we follow our passion.
